With all M$’s apps being basically fancy web apps, there is no need to actually install any of their legacy applications locally anymore. Someone at Philips Hue or Amazon Alexa screwed up something, as it seems. My lamps stopped responding to Alexa some days ago and I am not the only one experiencing issues.
